Black Bean Brownies

These are great if you want something chocolate ish but not too sweet. Of course add chocolate chips or more sweetness but I liked them and pretty good for a first-time experiment πŸ˜‚ This recipe was adapted from minimalist baker and it’s incredible!

Ingredients:
β€’ 2 cups black beans
β€’ 2 flax eggs
β€’ 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
β€’ 1 cup cocoa powder
β€’ 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
β€’ 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
β€’ 1/2 cup coconut sugar

Directions
β€’ Preheat the oven to 350ΒΊF and spray cupcake sheet

β€’ Prep your flax egg in a food processor and let sit for a few minutes
β€’ Add all the rest of the ingredients into the food processor and blend for about 5 min.
β€’ It should be pretty thick batter as you transfer them to the sprayed cupcake sheet
β€’If you want to add more chocolate chips or nuts now is the time
β€’ Bake for 35 minutes but start watching at 25 minutes depending on your oven
β€’ let cool for at least 20 minutes before taking them out of the tins!
