Protein Apple Banana Muffins

The yummiest muffins taste better when they are easy to and quick to make!
No eggs, no oils, no sugar, no gluten, no dairy, and all the deliciousness. The best part of this recipe, is there are 3.4g protein and 90cal in each muffin.

Ingredients:
• 3 ripe bananas
• 1 apple cut up into small pieces
• 2 1/2 cups almond flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp flax meal + 2 tsp water “fake egg”
• cinnamon

Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix the 1 tsp flax meal + 2 tsp water and let sit while getting the other ingredients together.

In a large bowl smash ripe bananas, add all of the ingredients together including the “fake egg”

Mix everything together but put the apples in after everything is mixed.

Put batter into a greased/nonstick muffin tin


Bake for 12 min
