Chia Pudding
This recipe is the foundation for delicious, chia pudding. Change this recipe up by adding natural cocoa powder, PB, different fruit, anything, but these directions below are a perfect starter for your next creation. This also makes at least three large servings, so it’s perfect for meal prep
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup chia seeds
• 2 tablespoons organic maple syrup
• 2 tables vanilla extract
• 2cups unsweetened nut milk
• cinnamon (optional)
Directions
Mix nut milk, chia seeds, syrup and vanilla in a large bowl.
Stir, and let sit for 15 min
Stir again to get clumps out, cover the bowl tightly with saran wrap or be sustainable and use beeswrap
Let chia mixture sit for at least 8 hours overnight
In the morning transfer chia pudding into a bowl or glass and top with your favorite treats. I personally am a sucker for fresh berries, granolla and cinnamon.
You can keep this in the fridge for about 1 week.
